Refund policy

If any product does not meet your expectations, I will exchange it and refund your money.

Contact me at lynnemartin823@gmail.com for return authorization prior to returning any materials. Please include your invoice number or purchase order number. Initial Shipping and Handling fees/Digital Access fees are not eligible for refund.

Materials in resalable condition are accepted for return within 30 days of order date.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products for return. Returns must be received within 90 days of receiving the return authorization confirmation.
